- All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or your session is forfeit.
- Coupons, Groupons, Vouchers, and/or Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of use or the use of that deal is forfeit for that particular session. In the case of groupons and vouchers, cancellations made less than24 hours in advance will result in forfeit of the voucher/groupon.
- If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session time in order to fill out paperwork. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 20 minutes late for a session, you will be marked as a no call no show for that session and will have to reschedule!
